Intensive Functional Recovery
Structured Rehabilitation Program
Rowan House delivers a structured, trauma-informed rehabilitation program designed to restore psychological stability, functional capacity, and vocational readiness.
This program integrates Occupational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) within a phased, goal-directed recovery model.
The program is suitable for individuals experiencing:
• Trauma-related symptoms
• Emotional dysregulation
• Anxiety and avoidance patterns
• Workplace injury or psychological disability
• Burnout and functional decline
• Reintegration challenges following crisis or life disruption
Our structured rehabilitation model focuses on:
• Nervous system regulation
• Cognitive restructuring and flexibility
• Graded exposure and behavioural activation
• Routine rebuilding and executive functioning
• Return-to-work readiness planning
• Measurable functional outcome tracking
This is not passive therapy. It is a structured rehabilitation pathway designed to move individuals from survival toward stability, resilience, and sustainable performance.
Reporting can be provided for insurers including WCB, VAC, and private disability providers where required.
Rowan House also provides ‘light touch’ sober living and supportive living for those recovering from addictions, trauma, mental health issues and substance misuse.
