My time at Rowan House was great. The accommodation was really nice and offered plenty of space. The programme was good and I appreciated the holistic approach to treatment. The qualified staff really showed good expertise and genuine helpfulness. My favorite aspect was the mindfulness/skill based groups facilitated by the OT. These groups allowed me to apply my practical skill set in a meaningful way, contributing to my overall positive experience.

I had the privilege of staying at Rowan House during a crucial time in my recovery journey. The wholesome cooked food, combined with the professionalism and compassion of the staff really helped create an environment that truly supported my well being. I appreciated how the team treated me with respect, enabling me to feel empowered which helped me take charge of my recovery and treatment. My stay at the Rowan house was excellent. The accommodation is new and clean. The meals were all home-cooked. Staff was excellent and super friendly. Plenty of activities to take part in, and a small group size so more time to work on myself. My biggest take away from the experience was the confidence I built and the comfort I developed in my own skin. It has helped me maintain my sobriety.
