The Rowan-House Structured Psycho-Rehabilitation (SPR) Program is a trauma informed online cohort designed to support emotional regulation, resilience, and functional recovery.
SPR combines evidence based psychological approaches with occupational therapy principles to help individuals rebuild stability, restore daily structure, and reconnect with meaningful life roles.
This structured program is particularly suited for individuals experiencing:
- Emotional dysregulation
- Trauma-related symptoms
- Chronic stress or burnout
- Difficulty returning to work
- Disrupted routines and loss of momentum in life
The program is delivered in a supportive online group environment where participants learn practical skills, build resilience, and gradually re-engage with life.
Program Overview
Duration: 12 Weeks

Session Length: 75 minutes per week
The SPR program integrates structured psychoeducation, guided skill development, and group discussion to support sustainable recovery.

Regulating the nervous system during stress and overwhelm
Recognizing patterns of emotional reactivity

- Trauma-informed Occupational Therapy
- Functional rehabilitation principles
This integrative approach supports both psychological healing and practical life recovery.

Integration sessions help reinforce the learning from SPR and support continued progress.
