Rowan-House 7-Day Stabilization & Reset Intensive
Settle. Reset. Rebuild.
Seven days to settle the nervous system, reconnect with yourself and create foundations for meaningful change.
Sometimes before we can move forward, we need space to slow down. Ongoing stress can make it harder to reflect, regulate emotions, maintain routines and follow through on intentions. Rowan-House offers a structured, supportive small-group residential experience to practise regulation, reconnect with strengths and begin developing healthier habits.
Why begin with stabilization?
Learning to recognise stress responses and practise grounding skills may make it easier to pause, consider choices and act with intention. Regulation is an ongoing skill, not a requirement to be perfectly calm before making changes. Through the Stabilization Process and Reintegration (SPR) approach, we explore what's already working and what small steps could help you move forward.
What to expect during seven days
- Breathwork and grounding: Guided practices to support nervous-system awareness and regulation.
- Meditation and reflection: Space to notice thoughts, emotions and recurring patterns.
- SPR psychoeducation: Practical learning about stress responses, behavioural patterns and daily routines.
- Meaningful activity: Hands-on projects, creative work and collaborative tasks that foster participation, problem-solving and a sense of accomplishment.
- Movement and nature: Gentle physical activity, stretching and local outdoor experiences when appropriate and weather permitting.
- Group connection: Supportive, respectful opportunities to learn together and share perspectives.
- Habit-building: Small, realistic steps towards routines that support daily life.
What becomes possible when you feel more settled? What strengths can you build upon? What is one meaningful next step?
First we settle. Then we build.
We focus not just on talking about problems but on learning through doing. Meaningful projects and shared experiences offer opportunities to practise skills, contribute and recognise personal capacity for change.
