Rowan‑House Return & Refund Policy

At Rowan‑House, we aim to offer meaningful, high‑quality group and learning experiences. Because our programs involve time‑based sessions and limited participant spaces, please review our policy before registering.

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled session or program start date.

    • For multi‑week programs, cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future session.

    • No refunds are issued after a program begins, except in extenuating circumstances (assessed case‑by‑case).

  2. Session Transfers

    • If you can’t attend a session, you may request to transfer your spot to a future group or another participant (subject to availability and facilitator approval).

  3. Digital and Downloadable Products

    • Due to the nature of digital materials (e.g., PDFs, recordings, or self‑guided resources), all digital purchases are final and non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  4. Session Cancellations by Rowan‑House

    • If a session or program is canceled by Rowan‑House, participants will receive a full refund or may opt for a credit toward future offerings.
