ROWAN-HOUSE
Trauma-Informed Occupational Therapy & Psycho-Rehabilitation
ROWAN-HOUSE provides structured, trauma informed occupational therapy and psycho-rehabilitation programs designed to support emotional regulation, recovery from trauma and chronic stress, and return to meaningful life roles.
Our services integrate evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), and occupational therapy principles focused on functional rehabilitation.
ROWAN-HOUSE programs are delivered online, making them accessible to individuals seeking structured psychological rehabilitation and practical skills for recovery, resilience, and long term wellbeing.

At ROWAN-HOUSE, we recognize that recovery from trauma, stress, and burnout requires more than insight alone. Sustainable change comes through structured learning, practical skill development, and gradual restoration of daily functioning.
Our approach combines psychological understanding with occupational therapy principles to support:
- Emotional regulation and nervous system stability
- Trauma recovery and stress resilience
- Rebuilding daily routines and structure
- Restoring confidence and functional capacity
- Returning to meaningful work and life roles
Through guided programs and supportive sessions, participants develop practical tools to move from survival mode toward stability, resilience, and renewed purpose.
