The Rowan House 1-Week Residential Stay is our most complete residential experience: seven days of structured support, practical everyday-life work, restorative routine, shared living, reflection, and guided integration.

This programme is designed for people who want meaningful time away from their usual environment to slow down, understand what is not working, and rebuild practical routines that can continue after they return home.

What the week includes

• Seven-day residential stay at Rowan House
• Structured daily rhythm with guided sessions, meals, breaks, reflection, and practical activities
• Occupational-therapy-informed work focused on routines, stress management, meaningful activity, communication, boundaries, planning, and follow-through
• Shared accommodation in screened sleeping bays
• Meals during the residential programme
• Small-group environment with individual attention within the programme structure
• Practical exercises that can be tested during the week rather than discussed only in theory
• Personal next-step planning before departure
• Six weeks of integration and follow-up support after the residential stay

The Rowan House 3-Day Residential Stay is a focused short residential programme for people who want dedicated time to pause, regain perspective, and work on practical everyday-life goals in a calm and supportive setting.

2-Hour Zoom Session

A private two-hour Rowan House online session for focused support from wherever you are.

The session is centred on one clear concern, goal, or everyday-life challenge. Topics may include daily structure, routines, stress management, transitions, confidence, follow-through, planning, participation, or returning to meaningful activity.

What is included

• One private 120-minute Zoom session
• Focused review of your current concern or goal
• More time for guided discussion, practical problem-solving, and step-by-step planning
• Practical strategies you can begin using immediately
• A clear next-step plan at the end of the session
• Scheduling for the following day after payment is received, subject to availability
• Email invitation with the Zoom meeting details after booking confirmation

If the following day is unavailable, Rowan House will offer the next available appointment and confirm the time with you by email.
