SPR Online – 12 Week Core Program
Stabilization Process and Reintegration (SPR)
Build awareness. Develop practical skills. Create meaningful change.
Rowan-House SPR is a trauma-informed 12-week online learning and skills-development programme grounded in occupational therapy principles. It supports nervous-system awareness, emotional regulation, practical routines and participation in meaningful life roles.
Change does not have to begin with having all the answers. Together we explore: What is already working? What would you like to be different? What small step would make a meaningful difference?
What you will practise
- Understanding stress responses and practising grounding and regulation skills.
- Identifying unhelpful patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
- Building routines, self-awareness and psychological flexibility.
- Solution-focused reflection and Socratic questions that draw on existing strengths.
- Translating insights into achievable goals, meaningful activity and daily participation.
The approach brings together SPR psychoeducation, occupational therapy and relevant CBT/CBH-informed strategies with supportive peer learning. Regulation is a skill we develop through practice, not a requirement to be perfectly calm before starting.
