Structured Psycho Rehabilitation (SPR)
The ROWAN-HOUSE Structured Psycho-Rehabilitation (SPR) program is a structured online cohort program designed to support individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma related symptoms, burnout, and functional disruption.
SPR combines psychoeducation, guided exercises, and practical skill development within a supportive group environment.
The program integrates:
- Trauma-informed occupational therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)
- Functional rehabilitation strategies
Participants learn practical skills to regulate stress responses, strengthen resilience, and rebuild structure in daily life.
Individual Occupational Therapy Sessions
In addition to structured programs,
ROWAN-HOUSE offers individual trauma-informed occupational therapy sessions.
These sessions provide personalized support for individuals seeking guidance with emotional regulation, trauma recovery, burnout, or return to work rehabilitation.
Individual sessions may be accessed as standalone support or alongside participation in the SPR cohort program.

ROWAN-HOUSE also offers integration and skills based support sessions designed to reinforce learning and provide ongoing support.
These sessions focus on:
- Nervous system regulation
- Integration of therapeutic insights
