Professional Referrals & Case Managers

Trauma-Informed Occupational Therapy, Mental Health & Recovery Support

Rowan-House provides structured, trauma-informed mental health and recovery services led by Joe Lower, Occupational Therapist.

Our approach integrates occupational therapy, psychotherapeutic interventions, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-informed strategies, emotional regulation, and practical skill development to support individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and difficulties with daily functioning.

We recognize that recovery involves more than addressing symptoms. It also means rebuilding stability, developing meaningful routines, strengthening coping strategies, and restoring confidence in everyday life.
