The session is centred on one clear concern, goal, or everyday-life challenge. Topics may include daily structure, routines, stress management, transitions, confidence, follow-through, planning, participation, or returning to meaningful activity.

- Scheduling for the following day after payment is received, subject to availability
- Email invitation with the Zoom meeting details after booking confirmation
If the following day is unavailable, Rowan House will offer the next available appointment and confirm the time with you by email.

Your appointment time and Zoom invitation are confirmed by email; a purchase alone does not confirm a specific time.
