1-Week Residential Stay
The Rowan House 1-Week Residential Stay is our most complete residential experience: seven days of structured support, practical everyday-life work, restorative routine, shared living, reflection, and guided integration.
This programme is designed for people who want meaningful time away from their usual environment to slow down, understand what is not working, and rebuild practical routines that can continue after they return home.
What the week includes
- Seven-day residential stay at Rowan House
- Structured daily rhythm with guided sessions, meals, breaks, reflection, and practical activities
- Occupational-therapy-informed work focused on routines, stress management, meaningful activity, communication, boundaries, planning, and follow-through
- Shared accommodation in screened sleeping bays
- Meals during the residential programme
- Small-group environment with individual attention within the programme structure
- Practical exercises that can be tested during the week rather than discussed only in theory
- Personal next-step planning before departure
- Six weeks of integration and follow-up support after the residential stay
