First, let's have a conversation.
Interested in the Rowan-House 7-Day Stabilization & Reset Intensive? Start with a simple, no-obligation enquiry. You don't need to complete a detailed application or share sensitive health information at this stage.
Our small-group experience offers seven residential days focused on stabilization, meaningful activity and practical skills, followed by three weekly virtual integration sessions. Maximum six participants. Investment: $4,995 CAD.
Step 1 — Enquire
Email Rowan-House about the 7-Day Reset.
Include your name, preferred contact details and a short note about your interest. Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, details of trauma or other sensitive clinical information by ordinary email.
Step 2 — Have an introductory conversation
We'll discuss the purpose of the reset, programme activities, shared-group environment, accessibility considerations and whether it sounds like an appropriate option for you. You can ask questions and decide whether you'd like to proceed.
Step 3 — Complete a confidential application
If the programme seems potentially suitable and you wish to continue, Rowan-House will send you a separate secure application and screening form. This may cover participation needs, relevant safety considerations, medical support requirements and other information needed for an informed suitability decision. The confidential application form is provided privately; it is not collected on this public page.
Step 4 — Confirm suitability and next steps
After the application is reviewed, we'll discuss whether the programme is a suitable fit, confirm available dates, accommodation details, inclusions, preparation, cancellation terms and payment arrangements. No payment is required to enquire or apply, and an enquiry does not reserve a place.
Important boundaries
The reset provides structured education, guided practice, meaningful activity and supportive group connection. It is not an inpatient programme, medically supervised detoxification or acute crisis service. People requiring urgent stabilization, withdrawal management or emergency treatment should use appropriate clinical or crisis services.
First we settle. Then we build.
