Integration & Skills Sessions

Practical Support for Regulation, Resilience, and Recovery

Rowan-House Integration & Skills Sessions are online group sessions designed to support emotional regulation, resilience, and practical recovery skills.

These sessions provide a structured and supportive space to practice strategies that help regulate stress responses, build stability, and integrate insights from therapeutic work.

Sessions are open to individuals seeking ongoing support as well as those participating in Rowan-House programs.

What Happens in Integration Sessions

Each session focuses on practical tools that help participants develop greater stability and resilience.

Sessions may include:

• nervous system regulation practices
• emotional awareness and grounding strategies
• resilience-building skills
• reflection and supportive discussion
• practical techniques for managing stress and overwhelm

The focus is on practical skill development and real-life application.

Who These Sessions Are For

Integration & Skills Sessions may be helpful for individuals who:

• want practical strategies for managing stress
• are working on emotional regulation
• are recovering from trauma or burnout
• want ongoing support and structured skill development

Sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and flexible.

A Gateway to the SPR Program

For many individuals, these sessions also provide an introduction to the Rowan-House Stabilization Process and Reintegration (SPR) program, a guided online cohort designed to support deeper recovery and skill development.
